LowCostLuxuries.com offers a wide range of products. Most items sold by us are returnable for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note however certain items are not returnable at all and some items may be returnable subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. See below for a list of items that are non-returnable or subject to restocking fees.
Items that are allowed for return must be returned in "like new" condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons, documentation, warranty materials and registration cards. Items being returned must be shipped to our PA address. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required. You must contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 215-366-1025. The RMA number must be clearly printed on the outside of your shipping carton next to the shipping label. Do not deface or write on the items exterior package, you must place the item being returned in a separate shipping carton. The RMA number is valid for only 5 days. Items returned must reach our warehouse promptly, and will be not accepted if received later than 21 days from date of delivery. The returned items must be returned to us via UPS fully insured and properly packed. Any damage or loss that occurs in transit is your responsibility.
Non-Returnable items
The following items are not returnable. Most of these items come with a manufacturer's limited warranty.

- Large Speakers (over 20lbs)
- Projectors
- A/V furniture, stands, and/or Racks
- Video Display Mounts (once installed)

Please note: If a non-returnable items arrives defective or requires service within 14 days of receipt, it can not be returned, and must be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty. With most large screen displays this service may be done on-site, other items may be required to be taken to a repair center. If service is required please contact the manufacturer or contact a LowCostLuxuries.com representative for assistance.
Returns of Non-Defective Merchandise
Non-Defective merchandise that may be returned must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and require an RMA number (RMA #'s are valid for only 5 days). Please see instructions below for obtaining an RMA #. We do not charge a restocking fee for any items returned.
In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.
Defective Merchandise
All returnable items found to be defective within 14 days of delivery may be returned to LowCostLuxuries.com for replacement. RMA number is required and item must be returned in "like new" condition as stated above. We will replace the defective item with the same new model free of charge.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization #, please call 215-366-1025 with the following information:
- Your name, order number, and date of receipt.
- Model number of the product and overview of the problem.
- Daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
- All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay and/or partial forfeiture of your credit.
